Các loại tệp mà Google có thể lập chỉ mục
Google có thể lập chỉ mục nội dung của hầu hết các loại tệp dựa trên văn bản cũng như một số định dạng tài liệu mã hoá nhất định. Sau đây là một số loại tệp phổ biến nhất mà chúng tôi lập chỉ mục:

Tìm kiếm theo loại tệp
Bạn có thể sử dụng toán tử filetype: trong Google Tìm kiếm để giới hạn kết quả trong một loại tệp hoặc đuôi tệp cụ thể. Ví dụ: filetype:rtf galway sẽ tìm kiếm các tệp RTF và URL kết thúc bằng .rtf mang nội dung chứa cụm từ "galway".
