משתמש הוא מישהו שיש לו גישה לחשבון המוכר שלכם. אפשר להוסיף משתמש יחיד לעד 100 חשבונות Merchant Center.
מנהלי חשבונות יכולים להגדיר כל אחת מרמות הגישה הבאות לכל משתמש:

אדמינים: אדמינים הם אנשים עם הרשאת גישה נרחבת יותר מההרשאה הרגילה. אדמינים יכולים להוסיף, להסיר או לערוך אנשים. רק אדמינים יכולים להוסיף ולהסיר אפליקציות וחנויות
ל-Merchant Center.
הרשאה רגילה: אנשים עם הרשאת גישה רגילה יכולים להיכנס ל-Merchant Center ולגשת לכל דבר, אבל הם לא יכולים לנהל חשבונות אחרים או להוסיף ולהסיר אפליקציות וחנויות.
גישה לאימייל בלבד: למשתמשים האלה אין גישה לחשבון, אבל הם מקבלים הודעות אימייל לפי ההעדפות שהוגדרו.
