من خلال استخدام Google Wallet API (المُشار إليها باسم "واجهة برمجة التطبيقات") لإتاحة بطاقات الولاء وبطاقات صعود الطائرة وتذاكر حضور الفعاليات وغيرها من العناصر (المُشار إليها بـ "عناصر المحفظة") على "محفظة Google"، يعني ذلك أنّك توافق على الالتزام بهذه البنود بالإضافة إلى
بنود خدمة Google APIs ("API ToS"). وأي مصطلحات مكتوبة بأحرف كبيرة (في حال الكتابة بلغة أجنبية)
غير معرَّفة في هذه المصطلحات ستتضمّن التعريفات المنصوص عليها في
بنود خدمة واجهة برمجة التطبيقات. إذا كان هناك أي تعارض بين هذه البنود وبنود
بنود خدمة واجهة برمجة التطبيقات، تسري هذه البنود.
سياسة المحتوى
لا يجوز لك استخدام واجهة برمجة التطبيقات: (1) للترويج لمعاملة غير قانونية أو تسهيلها أو
بيع أو تبادل أي سلع أو خدمات غير قانونية أو محظورة، أو (2) في حالة انتهاك
سياسة الاستخدام المقبول. قد تعدّل Google "سياسة الاستخدام المقبول" من حين لآخر وفقًا لبنودها، وستصبح هذه التعديلات تلقائيًا جزءًا
من هذه البنود.

العارضون
إذا كنت عارضًا يرسل المحتوى إلى Google عبر واجهة برمجة التطبيقات نيابةً عن
أطراف أخرى، بما في ذلك أيّ ميزات علامة تجارية تابعة لأطراف ثالثة، أنت تُقرّ وتضمن
أنّ هذه الجهات الخارجية مفوّضة من هذه الجهات الخارجية وأنّك تملك كلّ
الحقوق اللازمة لمنح Google الترخيص لاستخدام هذا المحتوى على النحو المبيَّن
في بنود خدمة واجهة برمجة التطبيقات. وتتحمّل بمفردك Google مسؤولية أي محتوى يتم إرساله من خلال واجهة برمجة التطبيقات.
قد تتلقّى معلومات تتعلّق بمستخدم نهائي (قد يشمل ذلك
بيانات شخصية) من خلال واجهة برمجة التطبيقات، مثل إشارة تفيد بأنّ المستخدم النهائي قد أضاف
"كائن محفظة" أو فعّله أو استخدمه أو أزاله. سيمتاز استخدامك لأي "معلومات" تتلقّاها بسياسة الخصوصية وسياسة أمان البيانات والأحكام والشروط المتَّبعة مع المستخدمين النهائيين والقوانين السارية.
بالإضافة إلى إرسال المحتوى عبر واجهة برمجة التطبيقات، يمكنك في بعض الحالات
إرسال معلومات (قد تشمل بيانات شخصية) ذات صلة بأغراض
"محفظة Google" من خلال واجهة برمجة التطبيقات، على سبيل المثال، لتسهيل إنشاء Google
لهذا النوع من أغراض المحفظة. ويجوز لشركة Google استخدام المعلومات التي ترسلها لتوفير
منتجاتها وخدماتها للمستخدمين النهائيين وتحسينها، مع مراعاة

أغراض المحفظة

إذا كان عنصر المحفظة يتطلب إرسال المحتوى و/أو
المعلومات مؤقتًا من قِبل Google، يجب التأكد من أنّ المحتوى والمعلومات
المقدّمة حديثة وغير مرتبطة بحساب أو عنصر تمت إزالته أو تعليقه أو إلغاؤه، بسبب عدم الاستخدام أو عدم النشاط
أو الاحتيال مثلاً. عليك إعادة إرسال أي من هذا المحتوى أو المعلومات إذا لزم الأمر. إذا
لاحظت أنت أو Google أنّ كائنات المحفظة غير محدّثة أو لم يتم قبولها بعد تقديم العرض، ستُعلِم Google على الفور بالمشكلة (أو تردّ على Google فورًا في حال أعلمتك Google بالمشكلة) وستعمل بالتعاون مع Google
بحسن نية لحل المشكلة على الفور للحدّ من تعرُّض المستخدمين النهائيين للمشكلة. يجوز لشركة Google، وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص، تعليق كائنات المحفظة و/أو
