使用 Google Wallet API (下稱「API」) 在 Google 錢包中提供會員卡、登機證、活動票券和其他物件 (「錢包物件」)，即表示您同意遵守本條款，以及《Google API 服務條款》(以下簡稱「API 服務條款」)。本條款中未定義的任何大寫字詞，皆與 API 服務條款中所述的定義相同。如果本條款與 API 服務條款有任何不一致，則以這些條款為準。
內容政策
您不得使用「API」從事以下行為：(1) 宣傳或促進非法交易，或銷售或交換任何非法或違禁的商品或服務；或 (2) 違反《
使用限制政策》。Google 得不時更新《使用限制政策》以因應相關條款，且這類更新內容會自動成為本條款的一部分。
品牌特徵
使用與 API 和錢包票證相關的 Google 品牌特徵時，您必須遵守 Google 錢包品牌宣傳指南以及 Google 品牌特徵使用指南。
集結網站
如果您是代表其他方 (包括任何第三方品牌特徵) 透過 API 向 Google 提交內容的集結網站，即表示您聲明及擔保已獲得該第三方的授權，且擁有一切必要權利，授予 Google 使用這類內容 (如《API 服務條款》所述) 的授權。對於透過這個 API 提交的任何內容，Google 須承擔全部責任。
您可能會透過 API 接收使用者的相關資訊 (可能包含個人資料)，例如指出使用者已新增、啟用、使用或移除錢包物件。使用您取得的任何資訊時，必須遵守您的隱私權政策、資料安全性政策、使用者適用的條款及細則，以及適用法律。
除了透過 API 提交內容以外，在某些情況下，您可以透過 API 提交與錢包物件相關的資訊 (可能包含個人資料)，以便 Google 產生這類錢包物件。Google 可能會遵循 Google 的隱私權政策及與使用者適用的任何條款，使用您提交的資訊為使用者提供及改善其產品和服務。針對透過 API 提交的任何資訊，您聲明及擔保：(i) 您擁有必要權利 (包括您的使用者所有必要權利)，可以依據本文所述目的提交這類資訊；以及 (ii) 提交這類資訊的行為符合所有適用法律，包括資料隱私權法律。
電子錢包物件
您應採取所有商業上合理的步驟，確保錢包物件 (即內容與/或您透過 API 提交的內容和/或資訊產生的電子錢包物件) 為最新資訊，且使用者當下可以接受。在不影響上述規定的情況下，如果您的電子錢包物件要求 Google 提交內容和/或資訊進行快取，您必須確保提交的內容和資訊符合現況，且未與已遭移除、停權或取消的任何帳戶或物件相關聯，例如因未使用、閒置或詐欺行為等原因，您必須重新提交上述內容或資訊。如果您或 Google 發現您的錢包物件並非最新資訊，或是 Google 已無法接受該物件，您將立即通知 Google (或是在 Google 通知您問題時立即回覆 Google)，並秉持善意與 Google 合作，全力解決問題，盡可能避免對使用者造成的干擾。Google 得自行斟酌是否暫停您的錢包物件及/或您對 API 的存取權，直到 Google 滿足您電子錢包物件的使用者體驗為止。

You are solely responsible to Google for any content\nsubmitted through the API.\n\nEnd User Information\n--------------------\n\n\nYou may receive information relating to an end user (which may include\npersonal data) through the API, such as a signal that an end user has added,\nactivated, used, or removed a Wallet Object. Your use of any Information you\nreceive will comply with your privacy policy, data security policy, terms and\nconditions with end users, and applicable laws.\n\n\nIn addition to submitting content via the API, in some instances you may\nsubmit information (which may include personal data) relating to Wallet\nObjects through the API, for example, to facilitate Google's generation of\nsuch Wallet Objects. Google may Use the information you submit to provide and\nimprove its products and services for end users, subject to compliance with\nour privacy policy and any applicable terms with end users. For any\ninformation submitted via the API, you represent and warrant that (i) you have\nthe necessary rights (including any necessary rights from your end users) to\nsubmit such information for the purposes set forth herein, and (ii) your\nsubmission of such information complies with all applicable laws, including\ndata privacy laws.\n\nWallet Objects\n--------------\n\n\nYou will take all commercially reasonable steps to ensure that your Wallet\nObjects (i.e. the Wallet Objects generated from the content and/or information\nsubmitted by you through the API) are up-to-date and otherwise in condition to\nbe accepted upon presentment by the end user. Without limiting the foregoing,\nif your Wallet Object requires the submission and caching of content and/or\ninformation by Google, you will ensure that the content and information\nsubmitted is current and is not associated with an account or object that has\nbeen removed, suspended, or canceled, for example due to non-use, inactivity\nor fraud; you will re-submit any such content or information if required. In\nthe event you or Google become aware that your Wallet Objects are not\nup-to-date or otherwise are not being accepted upon presentment, you will\npromptly notify Google of the issue (or promptly respond to Google in the\nevent Google notifies you of the issue) and will work together with Google in\ngood faith to resolve the issue expediently to minimize disruption to end\nusers.
