הצגת מידע על אנשים שלך, כמו כתובת אימייל, מספר טלפון ומחלקה לשתף פעולה עם הארגון שלכם בזמן העבודה ב-Google Workspace. אפשר להציג את המידע הזה כשמגיבים להודעות Gmail, עריכת קובץ Google Drive או הצגת אירועים ביומן Google.

איך זה עובד

הסקריפט מקבל כתובות אימייל מההודעה, הקובץ או האירוע הפעילים. בהתאם להקשר, עשויים להיכלל נמענים של הודעות ב-Gmail, בעלי הרשאת עריכה בקבצים ב-Drive ומשתתפים באירועים ביומן Google. הסקריפט מציג רק מידע על כתובות אימייל בארגון שלך.

שירותי Apps Script

הפתרון הזה משתמש בשירותים הבאים:

• שירות מתקדם בספריית Admin SDK – חיפוש אנשים שמשתמשים Directory API.
• שירות בסיסי – משתמש בכיתה לסשן כדי לסנן כתובות אימייל ולא להציג את המשתמש הנוכחי בחיפוש תוצאות.
• שירות המטמון – חיפוש קודם במטמון כשהם מחפשים אדם יחיד מ-Directory API.
• שירות יומן – אם ההקשר הוא אירוע ביומן, הוא מקבל כתובות אימייל אירוע פעיל.
• שירות כרטיסים – יצירת ממשק המשתמש של התוסף.
• שירות Drive – אם ההקשר הוא קובץ ב-Drive, מקבל כתובות אימייל בשותפי עריכה, אם למשתמש יש הרשאה להציג אותם בקובץ הפעיל.
• שירות Gmail – אם ההקשר הודעה ב-Gmail, מקבלת כתובות אימייל מהשדות 'אל', 'עותק' ו'מאת' בהודעה הפעילה ב-Gmail.

דרישות מוקדמות

• דפדפן אינטרנט עם גישה לאינטרנט.
• חשבון Google Workspace (ייתכן שתצטרכו אישור של אדמין).
• פרויקט ב-Google Cloud.

הגדרת הסביבה

פתיחת הפרויקט ב-Cloud במסוף Google Cloud

אם עדיין לא פתוח, פותחים את הפרויקט ב-Cloud שבו מתכוונים להשתמש. לדוגמה הזו:

1. במסוף Google Cloud, נכנסים לדף Select a project.

   בחירת פרויקט ב-Cloud

2. בוחרים את הפרויקט ב-Google Cloud שבו רוצים להשתמש. לחלופין, לוחצים על Create project (יצירת פרויקט) ופועלים לפי ההוראות במסך. אם אתם יוצרים פרויקט ב-Google Cloud, ייתכן שתצטרכו להפעיל את החיוב בפרויקט.

הפעלת Admin SDK API

המדריך למתחילים הזה משתמש בשירות המתקדם של Admin SDK API Directory, ניגש ל-Admin SDK API.

לפני שמשתמשים ב-Google APIs, צריך להפעיל אותם בפרויקט ב-Google Cloud. אפשר להפעיל ממשק API אחד או יותר בפרויקט אחד ב-Google Cloud.

בפרויקט ב-Cloud, מפעילים את Admin SDK API.

הפעלת ה-API

הגדרת מסך ההסכמה של OAuth

לתוספים ל-Google Workspace נדרשת הגדרה של מסך ההסכמה. מתבצעת הגדרה במסך ההסכמה ל-OAuth של התוסף שלכם מוגדר מה Google מציגה למשתמשים.

1. במסוף Google Cloud, נכנסים לתפריט > ממשקי API ו- Services (שירותים) > מסך ההסכמה של OAuth.

   מעבר למסך ההסכמה ל-OAuth

2. בקטע סוג המשתמש, בוחרים באפשרות פנימי ולוחצים על יצירה.
3. ממלאים את טופס הרישום של האפליקציה ולוחצים על שמירה והמשך.

4. בשלב הזה אפשר לדלג על הוספת היקפי הרשאות וללחוץ על שמירה והמשך. בעתיד, כשתיצרו אפליקציה לשימוש מחוץ ל- בארגון ב-Google Workspace, צריך לשנות את סוג המשתמש לחיצוני, ואז: להוסיף את היקפי ההרשאות שנדרשים לאפליקציה.

5. מעיינים בסיכום של רישום האפליקציה. כדי לבצע שינויים, לוחצים על עריכה. אם האפליקציה נראה שהרישום תקין, לוחצים על חזרה למרכז הבקרה.

הגדרת הסקריפט

יצירת פרויקט Apps Script

1. צריך ללחוץ על הלחצן הבא כדי לפתוח את Apps Script של רשימת הצוותים פרויקט.

2. לוחצים על סקירה כללית .

3. בדף הסקירה הכללית, לוחצים על 'יצירת עותק' .

העתקת מספר הפרויקט ב-Cloud

1. במסוף Google Cloud, נכנסים לתפריט > IAM & אדמין > הגדרות.

2. מעתיקים את הערך בשדה Project number.

הגדרת פרויקט Cloud של פרויקט Apps Script

1. בפרויקט Apps Script שהעתקתם, לוחצים על Project Settings (הגדרות הפרויקט) .
2. בקטע פרויקט ב-Google Cloud Platform (GCP), לוחצים על שינוי פרויקט.
3. בקטע מספר הפרויקט ב-GCP, מדביקים את מספר הפרויקט ב-Google Cloud.
4. לוחצים על Set project (הגדרת פרויקט).

התקנת פריסה לבדיקה

1. בפרויקט Apps Script שהעתקתם, לוחצים על עריכה. .
2. פותחים את הקובץ Code.gs ולוחצים על Run. כשתתבקשו, מאשרים את סקריפט.
3. לוחצים על Deploy (פריסה) > Test installations (בדיקת פריסות).
4. לוחצים על התקנה > סיום.

מריצים את הסקריפט

1. פותחים הודעה ב-Gmail, אירוע ביומן או קובץ מ-Drive.
2. פותחים את התוסף 'רשימת צוותים' בסרגל הצד השמאלי.
3. אם מתבקשים, מאשרים את התוסף.
4. התוסף מציג מידע על חברי צוות, או מציין שבהודעה, לאירוע או לקובץ אין צוות חברים.
5. כדי לחפש חברי צוות, לוחצים על חיפוש אנשים ומזינים שם או כתובת אימייל address. לוחצים על Search (חיפוש).
