یک مشتری Google Workspace موجود می‌تواند کاربرانی را در کنترل پنل سرپرست ایجاد کند. به طور پیش‌فرض، به این کاربران مجوزی برای استفاده از Google Workspace اختصاص داده می‌شود.
پس از خرید Google Workspace، مشتری می تواند مجوزهای دیگری را نیز خریداری کند، به عنوان مثال مجوزهای ذخیره سازی Google Drive. فضای ذخیره سازی Google Drive دارای 8 سطح مجوز ذخیره سازی در دسترس است که از 20 گیگابایت تا 16 ترابایت متغیر است. مشتری ابتدا باید یک اشتراک ذخیره سازی Google Drive را فعال کند و سپس می تواند با استفاده از رابط کاربری مدیر مجوز ، مجوزهای ذخیره سازی را برای هر یک از این سطوح اختصاص دهد. مشتری همچنین می‌تواند مستقل از Google Workspace، Google Maps Coordinate را خریداری کند و سپس با استفاده از همان رابط کاربری، مجوزهای Google Maps Coordinate را اختصاص دهد.
این نهادهای دارای مجوز—Google Maps Coordinate، فضای ذخیره سازی Google Drive 20 گیگابایت، فضای ذخیره سازی Google Drive 50 گیگابایت... فضای ذخیره سازی Google Drive 16 ترابایت—SKU نامیده می شوند. این API به مدیر دامنه اجازه می دهد تا مجوزهای SKU را به طور برنامه ریزی شده به یک کاربر خاص اختصاص دهد و می تواند همراه با رابط کاربری مدیر مجوز استفاده شود. همچنین می‌توانید مجوزها را برای یک کاربر خاص لغو تخصیص داده و مجدداً تخصیص دهید، مانند رابط کاربری. By default, these users are auto-assigned a license to use Google Workspace.\n\nAfter purchasing Google Workspace, the customer can also buy other licenses, for example Google Drive storage licenses. Google Drive storage has 8 tiers of available storage licenses, ranging from 20 GB to 16 TB. This API allows a domain administrator to programmatically assign licenses of SKUs to a particular user and can be used along with the License Manager user interface. You can also unassign, and re-assign licenses for a particular user, much like in the user interface. The API allows the same programmatic license assignment for Google Workspace reseller administrators and their customers.\n\nFor users on a flexible plan for any of these products, assigning, un-assigning and re-assigning licenses using this API will have monetary impact, and will result in charges to your customer billing account. For instance, if you are on a flexible plan for Google Drive storage, assigning a user a 20GB license will result in charges being posted to your account, prorated from the time the assignment is done. If you are on an annual plan, you would already have committed to paying for a certain number of licenses upfront, and you can only assign as many licenses to individual users as your commitment."]]
