Remove Tapjoy SDK and adapter

With Tapjoy being deprecated, we recommend manually removing all Tapjoy Unity mediation plugin asset files under the Assets folder of your project.

Follow the instructions in the AdMob help center to remove Tapjoy from all of your mediation groups in the AdMob UI.
