כשמבצעים שינויים בסגנון מפה ושומרים אותם, הם נשמרים כגרסאות שאפשר להציג, לשחזר או לשכפל.
כדי לראות את כל הגרסאות של סגנון מפה:
עוברים אל Map Styles (סגנונות מפה) ובוחרים פרויקט, אם צריך.
בוחרים סגנון מפה קיים.
לוחצים על התאמה אישית.
בוחרים באפשרות היסטוריית גרסאות.
היסטוריית הגרסאות מחולקת לסוגים שונים:
בתור טיוטות
בחירה באפשרות שמירה יוצרת גרסאות חדשות עם תאריכים. אי אפשר להשתמש בטיוטות שמורות באפליקציות עד שמפרסמים אותן במפורש.
שינויים שאתם מבצעים בלי לשמור יוצרים טיוטה של שינויים שלא נשמרו, שתימחק אם תסגרו את חלון הדפדפן או תסיימו את הסשן.
בתור גרסאות שפורסמו
כשיוצרים סגנון מפה חדש, משכפלים סגנון קיים או מייבאים סגנון JSON, הוא מתפרסם באופן אוטומטי.
כשבוחרים באפשרות פרסום, נוצרות גרסאות חדשות עם תאריכים שזמינות לשימוש באפליקציות. הגרסה האחרונה שפורסמה מוחלת על כל האפליקציות עם מזהי המפה המשויכים.
אפשר לראות כל גרסה קודמת בהיסטוריית הגרסאות.
כדי לעשות שימוש חוזר בגרסה ולבצע בה שינויים, צריך לשחזר את הגרסה, וכך להגדיר אותה כגרסה הנוכחית והפעילה של סגנון המפה, או לשכפל אותה, וכך ליצור סגנון מפה חדש ונפרד שמבוסס על הגרסה הזו.
אם יש לכם שינויים שלא נשמרו כשאתם משחזרים גרסה כלשהי, השינויים האלה הופכים אוטומטית לגרסת טיוטה חדשה עם תאריך.
שכפול של גרסה של סגנון מפה
עוברים אל Map Styles (סגנונות מפה) ובוחרים פרויקט, אם צריך.
בוחרים אחד מהסגנונות הקיימים ולוחצים על התאמה אישית.
בוחרים באפשרות היסטוריית גרסאות.
בוחרים גרסת סגנון, ואז בחלק התחתון של החלונית היסטוריית גרסאות בוחרים באפשרות שכפול.
הסגנון משוכפל עם התוספת 'עותק של' לשם הסגנון.
הסגנון המשוכפל מתפרסם אוטומטית ומקבלים קישור לפתיחת הסגנון החדש בכרטיסייה חדשה.
שחזור גרסה של סגנון מפה
אם רוצים להשתמש בגרסה קודמת של סגנון מפה, אפשר לשחזר אותה.
לדוגמה, אם יצרתם סגנון מפה ממותג כדי לתמוך באירוע מיוחד, אחרי שהאירוע מסתיים אתם יכולים לשחזר את הגרסה הרגילה של סגנון המפה.
עוברים אל Map Styles (סגנונות מפה) ובוחרים פרויקט, אם צריך.
בוחרים את הסגנון הרצוי ולוחצים על התאמה אישית.

Select **Version history**.\n\nVersion history is divided into different types:\n\n- As **Drafts**\n - Selecting **Save** creates new dated versions. Saved drafts are not usable in your apps until they are explicitly published.\n - Changes you make without saving create an **Unsaved changes** draft that are lost if you close your browser window or end your session.\n- As **Published Versions**\n - When you create a new map style, duplicate an existing style, or import a JSON style, it is published automatically.\n - Selecting **Publish** creates new dated versions that are available for use in your apps. The most recent published version is applied to any apps with the associated map IDs.\n\nYou can view any previous version in **Version history** .\nTo reuse a version and make changes to it, you must\neither **Restore** the version, which sets that version to be the current,\nactive version of the map style, or **Duplicate** it, which creates a new,\nseparate map style based on that version.\n\nIf you have unsaved changes when you restore any version, those unsaved changes\nautomatically become a new dated draft version.\n| **Important:** When you **Publish** any map style associated with one or more map IDs, that style's latest published changes are visible in all apps using map IDs associated with that map style.
