プレイスタイプは、場所の特性を識別するカテゴリです。1 つの場所に 1 つ以上の場所タイプを割り当てることができます。

場所のタイプは、Place Details（新版）、Nearby Search（新版）、テキスト検索（新版）、予測入力（新版）のリクエストからのレスポンスに含まれています。

プレイスには、タイプ表 A またはタイプ表 B の単一のプライマリタイプを関連付けることができます。たとえば、プライマリタイプは mexican_restaurant または steak_house になります。場所のプライマリタイプがサポートされているタイプでない場合、プライマリタイプは欠落している可能性があります。プライマリタイプが存在する場合、それは常に types フィールドのタイプの 1 つです。
場所には、タイプ表 A またはタイプ表 B の複数のタイプ値を関連付けることができます。たとえば、レストランには seafood_restaurant、restaurant、food、point_of_interest、establishment などのタイプがあります。
場所の住所と住所コンポーネントには、住所のタイプと住所コンポーネントのタイプの表にある特定のタイプをタグ付けできます。たとえば、アドレスに street_address のタグが付けられ、アドレスのコンポーネントに street_number のタグが付けられることがあります。

リクエストの一部として、場所のタイプを指定することもできます。リクエストで指定すると、タイプはフィルタとして機能し、指定されたタイプに一致する場所のみがレスポンスに含まれるように制限します。

型テーブルについて

テーブル A には、次のように使用されるタイプが挙げられています。

Place Details（新版）、Nearby Search（新版）、テキスト検索（新版）からのレスポンスの一部として、表 A の値が GMSPlace インスタンスの types プロパティに設定されます。リクエストでは、フィールドリストに GMSPlacePropertyTypes を指定する必要があります。
近隣検索（新版）リクエストの一部として、含まれるタイプ、除外されるタイプ、含まれるメインタイプ、除外されるメインタイプのパラメータの値として使用されます。
テキスト検索（新版）リクエストの、含まれる型パラメータの値として使用されます。
Place Autocomplete（新版）リクエストの types パラメータの値として使用されます。
GMSAutocompletePlaceSuggestion インスタンスの types プロパティを設定するために使用される Place Autocomplete（新版）レスポンスの一部として返されます。

テーブル B には、追加の場所タイプの値が挙げられています。これらの値も Place Details（新版）、Nearby Search（新版）、テキスト検索（新版）、および Place Autocomplete（新版）のレスポンスの一部として返される場合があります。リクエストでは、フィールドリストに GMSPlacePropertyTypes を指定する必要があります。テーブル B の値は、Place Autocomplete（新版）リクエストの types パラメータの値として使用する場合を除き、リクエストの一部として使用することはできません。

住所のタイプと住所コンポーネントのタイプ

レスポンスの GMSPlace クラスの types 列挙型は、住所タイプを示します。住所の種類の例としては、番地、国、行政区画などがあります。GMSAddressComponent オブジェクトの types 配列は、住所の各部分のタイプを示します。たとえば、国や番地などです

住所には複数のタイプがあります。これらのタイプは「タグ」とみなすことができます。たとえば、多くの都市には political タイプと locality タイプのタグが付けられています。

ジオコーダでは、次のタイプは住所タイプと住所コンポーネントタイプの両方でサポートされており、返されます。

`intersection`	主要交差点（通常は 2 つの大通りの交差点）。
`political`	政治団体。通常、このタイプは民政のポリゴンを示します。

`administrative_area_level_1`	国の 1 段階下の行政区画。米国の場合、この行政上のレベルは州です。すべての国でこの行政区画レベルが存在するわけではありません。多くの場合、`administrative_area_level_1` の省略名は下位区分 ISO 3166-2 とその他の一般的なリストに一致します。ただし、Google のジオコーディングの結果はさまざまな信号と位置情報データに基づいているため、これらの名前が厳密に一致するとは限りません。
`administrative_area_level_2`	国の 2 段階下の行政区画。米国の場合、この行政上のレベルは郡です。すべての国でこの行政区画レベルが存在するわけではありません。

`administrative_area_level_7`	国の 7 段階下の行政区画。このタイプは小規模な行政上の区域を示します。すべての国でこの行政区画レベルが存在するわけではありません。
`colloquial_area`	一般的に使用されている通称。
`locality`	行政区画である都市または町。
`sublocality`	locality の 1 段階下の行政区画。一部の場所では、`sublocality_level_1` から `sublocality_level_5` のいずれかの追加タイプを受け取ります。各下位地区レベルは行政区画で、数が大きいほど区域は小さくなります。
`neighborhood`	名前のある近隣地域。
`premise`	名前のある場所。通常は共通の名前を持つ建物や建物の集合体です。
`subpremise`	アパート、ユニット、スイートなど、建物レベル以下の住所指定可能なエンティティ。
`plus_code`	エンコードされた場所の参照情報。緯度と経度に基づきます。Plus Codes は、番地がない場所（建物に番号が付いていない場所や、通りに名前がない場所）で、番地の代わりに使用できます。詳しくは https://plus.codes をご覧ください。
`postal_code`	対象の国内で郵便物の宛先として使用される郵便番号。
`natural_feature`	特徴的な地勢。
`airport`	空港。
`park`	名前付きの公園。
`point_of_interest`	名前のあるスポット。通常、これらの「スポット」は、その地域で有名な場所のことを指し、「エンパイアステートビル」や「エッフェル塔」など、他のカテゴリにはあまり当てはまらないものです。

タイプリストが空の場合は、特定の住所コンポーネントに対して既知のタイプが存在しないことを意味します（たとえば、フランスのリュディがこれに相当します）。
