Performance Max

Performance Max is the next generation of Smart Shopping campaigns. Like SSC, Performance Max is goals-based which unlocks maximum performance across all Google's ad Inventory and the following:

  • Goal-based campaign that focuses on achieving the performance objectives that matter to you with automation and machine learning.

Other areas to be aware about which this guide doesn't support:

Local Feed Partnership

Merchants who have a physical presence can benefit from Local Inventory Ads, Free Local Listings through our Local Feed Partnerships. The local feeds partnership program helps retailers use local inventory ads or free product listings through a point-of-sale (POS) or inventory data provider.

This guide doesn't have information on how to integrate with this; however, plans to incorporate this in the future are underway. Merchants can integrate directly with Local Inventory Ads in Merchant Center.

Youtube Shopping

YouTube Shopping is a feature that allows creators to sell products directly through their videos. Creators can add product links to their videos, and viewers can click the links to purchase the products directly from the creator's website. YouTube Shopping is available in over 70 countries, and it is growing in popularity as increasingly people turn to YouTube to find and purchase products.

There are a number of benefits to using YouTube Shopping. For creators, YouTube Shopping can be a great way to generate additional revenue from their videos. For viewers, YouTube Shopping can be a convenient way to purchase products from creators that they trust.
