يوضِّح الشكل التالي طريقة موصى بها لتنظيم حسابات "إعلانات Google" الإدارية وحسابات المعلِنين.
تشير الملاحظات التالية إلى الأرقام الواردة في الشكل أعلاه:
للفاتورة الموحدة (CB) حد أقصى قدره 15 ألفًا لعدد الحسابات أو الفواتير التي يمكن إضافتها. في حال وصول الفاتورة الموحدة الأولى (CB US1) إلى 15 ألف فاتورة أو حساب، يجب إضافة جميع الفواتير أو الحسابات القادمة إلى CB US2.
يمكن إعداد الفوترة الموحّدة لحسابك الإداري من خلال تقديم طلب من خلال نموذج طلب الفوترة الموحّدة. يجب أولاً أن يكون لديك حد ائتمان معتمد من Google، وإذا لم يكن لديك حد ائتماني حتى الآن، يمكنك تقديم طلب للحصول عليه عبر نموذج التواصل مع Google.
يمكن نقل الحسابات غير النشطة (المتوقفة) إلى حساب إداري آخر. يساعدك فصل هذه الحسابات في عدم تجاوز الحد الأقصى البالغ 15 ألفًا. كإجراء احترازي، ننصحك بإزالة أمر تحديد الميزانية لهذه الحسابات لكي لا تستمر في الإنفاق حتى تتم إعادة تفعيلها يدويًا.

لإعداد الفوترة وإدارتها لحسابات "إعلانات Google" للتجّار باستخدام واجهة برمجة التطبيقات،
استخدِم موارد BillingSetup للحصول على إعدادات الفوترة على مستوى الحساب وإدارتها. يُعد إعداد الفوترة ارتباطًا بين
حساب الدفعات وحساب معيّن في "إعلانات Google". وتحدّد بشكلٍ فعال
من يدفع تكاليف حساب المعلن. اتّبِع

إدارة ميزانيات الحساب
تحدِّد ميزانية الحساب خصائص الميزانية على مستوى الحساب، مثل وقت البدء ووقت الانتهاء وحدّ الإنفاق. يتم إجراء جميع التغييرات على ميزانيات الحساب عن طريق
