4.3.2 Option für konsolidierte Abrechnung

Hinweis :Für alle Konten, für die eine Rechnung gilt, muss dieselbe Währung verwendet werden. Wenn die Konten in mehreren Währungen enthalten sind, erhalten Sie eine konsolidierte Rechnung pro Währung.

Die folgende Abbildung zeigt eine empfohlene Methode zum Organisieren von Google Ads-Verwaltungskonten und Werbetreibendenkonten.

Die folgenden Hinweise beziehen sich auf die Zahlen in der Abbildung oben:

1. Eine konsolidierte Rechnung (CB) hat ein Limit von 15.000 Konten oder Rechnungen, die hinzugefügt werden können. Wenn die erste konsolidierte Rechnung (CB US1) 15.000 Rechnungen oder Konten erreicht, sollten alle zukünftigen Rechnungen oder Konten der CB US2 hinzugefügt werden.

2. Sie können die konsolidierte Abrechnung für Ihr Verwaltungskonto über das Antragsformular für die konsolidierte Abrechnung beantragen. Sie müssen zuerst über einen genehmigten Kreditrahmen bei Google verfügen. Falls Sie noch keinen haben, können Sie über das Kontaktformular bei Google einen beantragen.

3. Inaktive Konten (abgewanderte) können in ein anderes Verwaltungskonto verschoben werden. Durch die Trennung dieser Konten können Sie das Limit von 15.000 Dateien nicht überschreiten. Als Vorsichtsmaßnahme empfehlen wir, den Budgetauftrag für diese Konten zu entfernen. Dann können keine Ausgaben mehr getätigt werden, bis sie manuell wieder aktiviert werden.

4. Wenn Ihre Integration es Nutzern ermöglicht, bestehende Google Ads-Konten zu verwenden, erstellen Sie dafür ein separates Verwaltungskonto. Die konsolidierte Abrechnung sollte nicht für bestehende Konten verwendet werden, da sie möglicherweise bereits für andere Kampagnentypen ausgegeben werden und wahrscheinlich bereits eine Direktabrechnung eingerichtet haben.

Wenn Sie die Abrechnung für Google Ads-Händlerkonten mithilfe der API einrichten und verwalten möchten, verwenden Sie BillingSetup-Ressourcen, um die kontoweite Abrechnungskonfiguration abzurufen und zu verwalten. Eine Abrechnungseinrichtung ist die Verknüpfung zwischen einem Zahlungskonto und einem bestimmten Google Ads-Konto. Sie bestimmt effektiv, wer für das Konto eines Werbetreibenden bezahlt. Kontobudgets verwalten

Mit einem Kontobudget werden Budgeteigenschaften auf Kontoebene wie die Startzeit, das Ende und die Ausgabengrenze definiert.
