Google カレンダーの予定の変更に合わせて会議データを更新するプロセスを同期と呼びます。イベントの変更は、次の方法で同期できます。 Apps Script を作成する 配信されるインストール可能なトリガー 予定が変更されるたびに通知を受け取れます。残念ながら、トリガーは変更されたイベントを報告しません。また、作成した会議を含むイベントのみにトリガーを制限することもできません。代わりに、前回の同期以降にカレンダーに加えられたすべての変更のリストをリクエストし、イベントリストをフィルタして、それに応じて更新する必要があります。
一般的な同期手順は次のとおりです。
- ユーザーが初めて会議を作成すると、同期プロセスが初期化されます。

同期を初期化する
アドオンがサードパーティ製システムで会議を正常に作成すると、このカレンダーの予定の変更に応答するインストール可能なトリガーが作成されます(トリガーがまだ存在しない場合)。
トリガーを作成したら、初期同期トークンを作成して初期化を完了します。これを行うには、トリガー関数を直接実行します。
カレンダー トリガーを作成する
同期するには、会議が添付されているカレンダーの予定が変更されたときに、アドオンが検出する必要があります。これは、EventUpdated
インストール可能なトリガーを作成することで実現できます。アドオン
トリガーはカレンダーごとに 1 つのみで、プログラムで作成できます。
トリガーを作成するのは、ユーザーが最初の会議を作成するときです。 ユーザーがその時点からアドオンを使い始めるためです。会議を作成してエラーがないことを確認したら、このユーザーのトリガーが存在するかどうかを確認し、存在しない場合は作成します。

アドオンで使用するトリガー関数を実装する必要があります。このトリガー関数は 次のようにする必要があります。
