Об этом решении
Автоматически создавайте черновики ответов по электронной почте на отзывы из Google Форм. Это решение ориентировано на отзывы студентов о курсах, но вы можете применить его к любому сценарию, где вы получаете обратную связь через Google Форм.
Как это работает
Скрипт устанавливает триггер, управляемый событием, который срабатывает каждый раз, когда пользователь отправляет форму. При каждой отправке формы скрипт создаёт черновик письма в Gmail. Письмо адресовано пользователю, отправившему форму, и включает в себя ответы на форму и стандартное благодарственное сообщение. Вы можете отредактировать письмо перед отправкой.

Настройте сценарий

Запустить скрипт
- Нажмите «Инструмент ответа формы» > «Включить авточерновые ответы» . Возможно, вам потребуется обновить страницу, чтобы это настраиваемое меню появилось.
При появлении запроса авторизуйте скрипт. Если на экране согласия OAuth отображается предупреждение « Это приложение не проверено» , выберите «Дополнительно» > «Перейти к {Имя проекта} (небезопасно)» .
Нажмите «Инструмент «Форма ответа»» > «Включить автоматические черновики ответов» еще раз.
Нажмите Инструменты > Управление формой > Перейти к активной форме .
Заполните форму и нажмите «Отправить» .
Откройте Gmail и проверьте черновики. У вас должен появиться новый черновик с ответом на форму.
