关于此解决方案

此解决方案可跟踪公开 YouTube 视频的效果，包括观看次数、点赞和评论创建在 Google 表格的电子表格中触发器检查获取更新的信息，并在视频有新评论时发送电子邮件以便参与问题和发表评论。

工作原理

该脚本使用高级 YouTube 服务获取 YouTube 视频详细信息和每个工作表的视频链接列中列出的视频网址的统计信息。如果所列视频的评论数增加了，脚本会向发送电子邮件通知，该通知会发送到该工作表命名的电子邮件地址。

Apps 脚本服务

此解决方案使用以下服务：

电子表格服务 - 获取 YouTube 电子表格中的网址信息。
YouTube Data API 高级服务 - 获取每个视频网址的 YouTube 视频详细信息和统计信息。
邮件服务 - 使用包含新评论的视频的列表。

前提条件

如需使用此示例，您需要满足以下前提条件：

Google 账号（Google Workspace 账号可能需要管理员批准）。

设置脚本

创建 Apps 脚本项目

点击以下按钮创建跟踪 YouTube 视频观看次数和评论电子表格。Apps 脚本项目此解决方案会附加到电子表格中。
复制
在复制的电子表格中，更改 Your_Email_Address 的名称。工作表复制到您的电子邮件地址。
添加您要跟踪的 YouTube 视频网址，或使用提供的网址测试。网址必须以 www.youtube.com/watch?v= 格式开头。
点击附加信息 > Apps 脚本。如果 YouTube 已列在服务下，您可以跳至下一类 2 个步骤。
在服务旁边，点击“添加服务” 。
从列表中选择 YouTube Data API，然后点击添加。

创建触发器

在 Apps 脚本项目中，点击触发器 > 添加触发器。
在选择要运行的函数部分，选择 markVideos。
在选择事件来源部分，选择时间驱动。
在选择基于时间的触发器类型部分，选择天计时器。
在选择时段部分，选择您的首选时间。
出现提示时，为脚本授权。如果 OAuth 同意屏幕显示以下警告：“此应用未经验证”，选择高级 > 以继续 前往“{Project Name}”（不安全）。

运行脚本

您设置的触发器每天运行一次脚本。您可以运行该脚本以便进行测试

在 Apps 脚本项目中，点击 Editor（编辑器）。
在函数下拉菜单中，选择 markVideos。
点击运行。
切换回电子表格，查看脚本添加到的信息。
打开您的电子邮件，查看电子邮件，其中包含更多视频评论数量超过零。当该脚本将来运行时，它只会发送一个通过电子邮件分享自上次脚本。
