使用 Google 表格中的数据自动填充电子邮件模板。通过系统会通过您的 Gmail 账号发送电子邮件，以便您能够回复收件人回复。

工作原理

创建 Apps 脚本项目

复制
在复制的电子表格中，将“收件人”列更新为“电子邮件地址” 您想要在邮件合并中使用的地址。
（可选）添加、修改或移除列，以自定义您需要的数据添加到电子邮件模板中。

创建电子邮件模板

在您的 Gmail 账号中，创建电子邮件草稿。添加数据从电子表格，请使用与列名称对应的占位符用大括号括起来，如 {{First name}}。
- 如果您为电子邮件中的文本设置了格式，则还必须设置占位符的格式括号。
- 占位符区分大小写，而且必须与列标题完全匹配。
复制电子邮件草稿的主题行。

运行脚本

在电子表格中，点击 Mail Merge（邮件合并）> 发送电子邮件。您可能需要刷新此自定义菜单的页面。
出现提示时，为脚本授权。如果 OAuth 同意屏幕显示以下警告：“此应用未经验证”，选择高级 > 以继续操作 前往“{Project Name}”（不安全）。

粘贴电子邮件模板的主题行，然后点击确定。

如果您对工作表应用了过滤器，脚本仍会通过电子邮件但不会添加时间戳。

添加“密送”、“抄送”、“回复”或“发件人”参数
