Como funcionam as caixas de diálogo
Quando um usuário clica em um botão em um card ou emite um comando de barra, o app Chat pode abrir uma caixa de diálogo para interagir com o usuário.
A caixa de diálogo facilita a interação do usuário, permitindo que ele insira informações com widgets, como campos de entrada de texto. Ao coletar muitas informações dos usuários, os apps de chat podem abrir caixas de diálogo sequenciais.
Quando terminar, o app de chat receberá no formato JSON os valores que os usuários inseriram na caixa de diálogo. Informe aos usuários que a interação foi concluída com uma mensagem de texto ou um card.
Abrir uma caixa de diálogo
O app Chat pode abrir uma caixa de diálogo em resposta a um usuário:
- Clique em um botão em um card.
- A emissão de um comando de barra.
Quando um usuário solicita uma caixa de diálogo, o app Chat recebe o Event de chat do Google:

Receber dados de formulários de caixas de diálogo
Quando os usuários clicam em um botão em uma caixa de diálogo, os dados inseridos são enviados ao app Chat, que recebe um Event em que:

Limites e considerações
Observe os seguintes limites e considerações na caixa de diálogo:
- Os cards v1, que foram descontinuados, não são compatíveis com caixas de diálogo. Use cards v2.
- Alguns widgets e propriedades do card ainda não são compatíveis e não serão renderizados se você os adicionar a um cartão de diálogo. No entanto, estamos trabalhando para oferecer suporte a eles em breve. Para ver quais widgets e propriedades ainda não são compatíveis, consulte Card na referência da API REST do Chat.
