Temsilcileri yönetme
Gmail kullanıcıları, aynı kuruluştaki başka bir kullanıcıya posta kutusu erişimi verebilir. Erişim izni veren kullanıcıya yetki veren, erişim izni alan kullanıcıya ise yetki verilmiş kullanıcı denir.

kuruluşları, kuruluşlarındaki hesapların yetki verilmiş kullanıcılarını yönetmek için Delegates kaynağını kullanabilir. Bunun için alan genelinde yetki verilmiş bir hizmet hesabı kullanılması gerekir.
