4.3.2 Opção de faturamento consolidado

Observação :todas as contas que compartilham uma fatura precisam usar a mesma moeda. Se houver mais de uma moeda nas contas, você receberá uma fatura consolidada por moeda.

A figura a seguir mostra uma maneira recomendada de organizar contas de administrador e de anunciante do Google Ads.

As observações a seguir se referem aos números na figura acima:

1. Uma fatura consolidada (CB, na sigla em inglês) tem um limite de 15 mil em relação ao número de contas ou faturas que podem ser adicionadas. Se a primeira fatura consolidada (CB US1) atingir 15 mil faturas ou contas, todas as próximas faturas ou contas deverão ser adicionadas ao CB US2.

2. Para configurar o faturamento consolidado na sua conta de administrador, preencha o formulário de inscrição para o faturamento consolidado. Primeiro, você precisa ter um limite de crédito aprovado com o Google. Se ainda não tiver um, solicite um por meio do formulário de contato com o Google.

3. As contas inativas (desistidas) podem ser transferidas para outra conta de administrador. Separar essas contas ajuda você a permanecer dentro do limite de 15 mil. Como precaução, recomendamos que você remova o pedido com limite de orçamento dessas contas para que elas não continuem gastando, a menos que sejam reativadas manualmente.

4. Se a integração permitir que os usuários utilizem contas do Google Ads, crie outra conta de administrador para elas. O faturamento consolidado não deve ser usado para contas atuais, porque elas podem já estar gastando em outros tipos de campanha e provavelmente já têm o faturamento direto configurado.

Para configurar e gerenciar o faturamento de contas do comerciante do Google Ads usando a API, utilize os recursos BillingSetup para ver e gerenciar a configuração de faturamento de toda a conta. Uma configuração de faturamento é uma associação entre uma conta para pagamentos e uma conta específica do Google Ads. Ela determina com eficiência quem paga pela conta de um anunciante. Gerenciar orçamentos da conta

Um orçamento da conta define propriedades do orçamento no nível da conta, como horário de início, horário de término e limite de gastos. Todas as alterações nos orçamentos da conta são feitas com o envio de propostas de orçamento de conta separadas que, após serem analisadas e aprovadas, se tornam orçamentos da conta. Use os recursos AccountBudgetProposal para criar novos AccountBudgets ou atualizar os atuais.

Emitir faturas

Uma fatura é emitida mensalmente quando ativada pelo anunciante. As faturas contêm detalhes como ajustes, custos regulamentares, tributos e orçamentos da conta. Além disso, é possível fazer o download como arquivos PDF. Como gerente, você normalmente as usa para reconciliar automaticamente as faturas dos seus clientes. O seguinte é necessário para ativar o faturamento:

• Ter o faturamento mensal ativado na conta do Google Ads. Consulte os guias sobre configurações de faturamento e orçamentos da conta para saber como gerenciar o faturamento usando a API Google Ads.

• Se definido, login-customer-id precisa especificar o ID de cliente de uma conta de administrador que gerencia a conta do Google Ads para a qual você recebe faturas. Ele é identificado como o administrador pagador na interface do Google Ads.

Recupere os recursos Invoice para dados de fatura usando o InvoiceService. Solicite o método InvoiceService.ListInvoices, definindo todos os campos obrigatórios em ListInvoicesRequest: customer_id, billing_setup, issue_year e issue_month. Os exemplos abaixo mostram como fazer essa solicitação:
