Google Wallet API（以下「API」）を使用してポイントカードを作成し、
Google で利用可能なパス、イベント チケット、その他のオブジェクト（「ウォレット オブジェクト」）
お客様は、本規約に加えて、本規約に拘束されることに同意したものと見なされます。
Google API 利用規約（「API ToS」）:すべて大文字
本規約で定義されていない用語については、
API 利用規約ただし、本規約と
本規約が優先して適用されるものとします。
コンテンツ ポリシー
デベロッパーは、以下の目的で API を使用することはできません。（1）違法な取引を宣伝または助長する、または
違法または禁止された商品やサービスの販売または交換、または（2）
違反
利用規定利用規定は、Google によって随時更新される可能性があります
に基づき、かかる更新は自動的に
使用します。

アグリゲータ
API を介して Google にコンテンツを送信するアグリゲータが
（第三者のブランドを含む）に及ぼす影響について、ユーザーが表明し、
その第三者に認可されていることを証明し、その他の方法で、関連するすべての
かかるコンテンツを規定のとおりに使用するライセンスを Google に付与するために必要な権利
記載されています。ユーザーは、投稿されたコンテンツについて Google に対して単独で責任を負います。

ウォレット オブジェクトがコンテンツの送信とキャッシュを必要とする場合、
提供する場合、お客様はそのコンテンツと情報が
アカウントまたはオブジェクトに関連付けられていない、
削除、停止、またはキャンセルされた（未使用、非アクティブなど）
または不正行為。必要な場合は、そのようなコンテンツや情報を再送信します。イン
お客様または Google が、お客様のウォレット オブジェクトが
提示時に承諾されない場合、
速やかに Google に通知してください（または、
Google がお客様に通知した場合など）に照らして、
中断を最小限に抑えるために、誠意をもって問題を適切に解決すること
