Google 월렛 API('API')를 사용하여 포인트 카드, 탑승권, 이벤트 티켓, 기타 객체('월렛 객체')를 Google 월렛에서 제공하면 귀하는 Google API 서비스 약관 ('API 서비스 약관') 및 본 약관의 준수에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 본 약관에 정의되지 않은 대문자 용어는 API 서비스 약관에 정의된 의미를 갖습니다. 본 약관과 'API 서비스 약관'이 일치하지 않는 경우 본 약관이 우선합니다.
콘텐츠 정책
(1) 불법 거래 또는 불법이거나 금지된 상품 또는 서비스의 판매 또는 교환을 홍보하거나 촉진하기 위해, 또는 (2)
서비스이용 정책을 위반하는 방식으로 API를 사용해서는 안 됩니다. Google은 약관에 따라 서비스이용 정책을 수시로
업데이트할 수 있으며 이러한 업데이트는 자동으로
약관의 일부가 됩니다.
브랜드 표시
API 및 월렛 패스와 관련하여 Google 브랜드 표시를 사용하는 경우 Google 브랜드 표시 사용 가이드라인 외에 Google 월렛 브랜드 가이드라인을 준수해야 합니다.
애그리게이터
제3자 브랜드 표시를 포함하여 다른 당사자를 대신하여 API를 통해 Google에 콘텐츠를 제출하는 애그리게이터인 경우, 귀하는 이러한 제3자의 승인을 받았으며 API 서비스 약관에 명시된 콘텐츠의 사용 라이선스를 Google에 부여하는 데 필요한 모든 권리를 보유하고 있음을 진술하고 보증합니다. API를 통해 제출된 모든 콘텐츠와 관련된 책임은 전적으로 Google에 있습니다.
API를 통해 최종 사용자(개인 정보가 포함될 수 있음)와 관련된 정보(예: 최종 사용자가 월렛 객체를 추가, 활성화, 사용 또는 삭제했다는 신호)를 수신할 수 있습니다. 수신한 모든 정보는 귀하의 개인정보처리방침, 데이터 보안 정책, 최종 사용자 이용약관, 관련 법규에 따라 사용됩니다.
API를 통해 콘텐츠를 제출하는 것 외에도 경우에 따라 귀하는 Google의 월렛 객체 생성을 용이하게 하기 위해 API를 통해 월렛 객체와 관련된 정보 (개인 정보가 포함될 수 있음)를 제출할 수 있습니다. Google은 개인정보처리방침 및 최종 사용자 관련 약관을 준수하여 최종 사용자에게 제품과 서비스를 제공하고 개선하기 위해 제출된 정보를 사용할 수 있습니다. API를 통해 제출된 모든 정보의 경우 귀하는 (i) 여기에 명시된 목적을 위해 해당 정보를 제출하는 데 필요한 권리 (최종 사용자로부터 필요한 모든 권리 포함)가 있으며 (ii) 이러한 정보의 제출이 데이터 개인 정보 보호법을 포함한 모든 관련 법규를 준수함을 진술하고 보증합니다.
월렛 객체
귀하는 귀하의 월렛 객체 (즉, 귀하가 API를 통해 제출한 콘텐츠 및/또는 귀하가 API를 통해 제출한 정보에서 생성된 월렛 객체)가 최신 상태이고 최종 사용자가 제시할 때 수락될 수 있도록 상업적으로 합당한 모든 조치를 취해야 합니다. 전술한 사항에 국한되지 않고 Google에서 콘텐츠 및/또는 정보를 제출하고 캐시해야 하는 경우 귀하는 제출된 콘텐츠와 정보가 최신 상태이며 미사용, 비활성 또는 사기 등으로 인해 삭제, 정지 또는 취소된 계정 또는 객체와 연결되지 않도록 해야 합니다. 필요한 경우 이러한 콘텐츠나 정보를 다시 제출합니다. 귀하 또는 Google이 월렛 객체가 최신 상태가 아니거나 제시 시 수락되지 않음을 알게 되는 경우, 귀하는 Google에 문제에 대해 즉시 알리거나 Google에서 문제를 통보하는 경우 Google에 즉시 응답하고 Google과 협력하여 최종 사용자의 불편을 최소화하기 위해 신속하게 문제를 해결하기 위해 성실하게 협력해야 합니다.
