Cette page explique comment votre application Chat peut ouvrir les boîtes de dialogue et y répondre.

Les boîtes de dialogue sont des interfaces fenêtrées sous forme de fiches qui ouvrent les applications Chat pour interagir avec les utilisateurs. Pour aider les utilisateurs à effectuer des processus en plusieurs étapes, l'application Chat peut ouvrir des boîtes de dialogue séquentielles.

Les boîtes de dialogue sont utiles pour les types d'interactions utilisateur suivants:

• Collecte d'informations auprès des utilisateurs
• Authentifier les utilisateurs auprès des services Web
• Configurer les paramètres de l'application Chat

L'ouverture, l'envoi ou l'annulation d'une boîte de dialogue nécessite une réponse synchrone d'une application Chat avec un DialogEventType. Les boîtes de dialogue ne sont pas compatibles avec les applications Chat créées avec une architecture asynchrone, telle que Pub/Sub ou la méthode message create. Si votre application Chat utilise une architecture asynchrone, utilisez un message sous forme de fiche au lieu d'une boîte de dialogue.

Conditions préalables

Ouvrir une boîte de dialogue

Votre application Chat peut ouvrir une boîte de dialogue lorsqu'un utilisateur clique sur un bouton dans une carte de message.

Votre application Chat peut ouvrir une boîte de dialogue en réponse à l'émission d'une commande à barre oblique par un utilisateur.

Lorsqu'un utilisateur ouvre une boîte de dialogue, votre application Chat reçoit un événement d'interaction contenant les informations suivantes:

• isDialogEvent : true.

• DialogEventType spécifie l'une des actions suivantes que l'utilisateur a effectuées:

  • REQUEST_DIALOG: une boîte de dialogue a été ouverte.
  • SUBMIT_DIALOG: a cliqué sur un bouton dans une boîte de dialogue.
  • CANCEL_DIALOG: une boîte de dialogue a été annulée.

Par exemple, lorsqu'un utilisateur ouvre une boîte de dialogue, votre application Chat reçoit un événement d'interaction semblable à celui-ci:

Ouvrir une boîte de dialogue en réponse à un clic sur le bouton d'une fiche

Pour qu'un bouton de fiche ouvre une boîte de dialogue, spécifiez les éléments suivants:

• onClick.action.function comme nom d'une fonction qui ouvre une boîte de dialogue.
• onClick.action.interaction en tant que OPEN_DIALOG. Cette propriété indique à Chat que l'application Chat souhaite ouvrir une boîte de dialogue.

Lorsqu'un utilisateur clique sur un bouton d'une fiche, votre application Chat reçoit un événement d'interaction avec les informations suivantes:

• EventType est CARD_CLICKED.
• DialogEventType correspond à REQUEST_DIALOG.
• common.invokedFunction est le nom de la fonction issu de la propriété onClick du bouton de la fiche sur laquelle l'utilisateur a cliqué.

Pour ouvrir une boîte de dialogue, répondez comme suit:

• Valeur ActionResponse de "type": "DIALOG".

Ouvrir les boîtes de dialogue séquentielles

Lorsque les interactions utilisateur nécessitent plusieurs boîtes de dialogue, vous pouvez en ouvrir une autre en renvoyant la boîte de dialogue suivante dans la séquence en réponse à un SUBMIT_DIALOG DialogEventType.

Dans le bouton de fiche qui met à jour la boîte de dialogue, renvoyez onClick.action.function comme nom d'une fonction qui ouvre la boîte de dialogue suivante et sans spécifier onClick.action.interaction.

Une fois l'opération terminée, l'application Chat reçoit les valeurs saisies par les utilisateurs dans la boîte de dialogue au format JSON. Informez les utilisateurs que leur interaction a réussi en répondant par un SMS ou un message de fiche.

Lorsque les utilisateurs cliquent sur un bouton dans une boîte de dialogue, votre application Chat reçoit un événement d'interaction avec les informations suivantes:

• EventType correspond à CARD_CLICKED.
• DialogEventType correspond à SUBMIT_DIALOG.

Résoudre les problèmes

Lorsqu'une application ou une fiche Google Chat renvoie une erreur, l'interface Chat affiche le message "Une erreur s'est produite". ou "Impossible de traiter votre demande." Parfois, l'UI Chat n'affiche aucun message d'erreur, mais que l'application ou la fiche Chat produit un résultat inattendu (par exemple, un message de fiche ne s'affiche pas).
