Actions Center 合作伙伴门户是一种交互式工具,借助该工具,您可管理与 Actions Center 的“活动”集成。您可以修改账号设置,添加或移除用户,更新品牌信息和徽标,以及查看并管理通过更新 Feed 和 API 向 Google 提交的商家信息。
访问权限问题
如果您在访问行动中心合作伙伴门户网站时遇到任何问题,请按照以下几个步骤进行问题排查:
- 确认您登录的账号具有正确的访问权限级别。
- 确认这是您登录的唯一账号。如果您使用其他账号登录,然后使用“切换用户”功能登录已获权限的 Google 账号,则可能仍会遇到访问问题。
- 清除浏览器缓存和 Cookie。
- 在浏览器中使用无痕窗口或私密窗口。
- 在所有浏览器中退出 Google 账号,然后使用您的 Google 账号重新登录。
- 确认 Google Workspace 管理员已启用 Partner Dash。
- 如果您仍然无法访问,请让贵公司的其他人员在与支持团队联系中提交支持请求。如果无人能够访问,请与您的 Google 联系人联系。
