Integrate nend with mediation (Deprecated)

Remove nend SDK and adapter

With nend being deprecated, we recommend manually removing all Nend Unity mediation plugin asset files under the Assets folder of your project.

Follow the instructions in the Ad Manager help center to remove nend from all of your yield groups in the Ad Manager UI.
