Crea un sistema di registrazione end-to-end per le attività esterne. La soluzione crea un modulo per consentire ai dipendenti di esprimere le proprie preferenze relative alle attività e abbina le preferenze del dipendente al programma delle attività.

Come funziona

Utilizzando un programma delle attività in Fogli Google, lo script crea un modulo Google per consentire ai dipendenti di selezionare le proprie preferenze relative alle attività. Una volta ricevute le risposte, lo script abbina le preferenze dei dipendenti alla programmazione e alla capacità di ogni attività. Le corrispondenze vengono fornite in due nuovi fogli, uno organizzato per impiegato e l'altro per attività.

Configurare lo script

Fai clic sul pulsante seguente per creare una copia del foglio di lavoro di esempio Registrazione attività al di fuori della sede. Il progetto Apps Script per questa soluzione è allegato al foglio di lavoro.
Crea una copia

Esegui lo script

  1. Nel foglio di lavoro copiato, fai clic su Attività > Crea modulo. Potresti dover aggiornare la pagina per visualizzare questo menu personalizzato.
  2. Quando richiesto, autorizza lo script. Se nella schermata per il consenso OAuth viene visualizzato l'avviso Questa app non è verificata, continua selezionando Avanzate > Vai a {Project Name} (non sicuro).

  3. Fai di nuovo clic su Attività > Crea modulo.

  4. Per generare le risposte di test, fai clic su Attività > Genera dati di test.

  5. Per testare il modulo, fai clic su Strumenti > Gestisci modulo > Vai al modulo pubblicato.

  6. Compila il modulo e invialo.

  7. Nel foglio di lavoro, fai clic su Attività > Assegna attività.

  8. Esamina i due nuovi fogli Attività per persona e Elenchi di attività.
