Setelan ini harus diaktifkan agar dapat menggunakan Tindakan panggilan. Setelan ini awalnya dinonaktifkan untuk akun layanan, dan dipertahankan sampai ditetapkan ke nilai yang berbeda. Artinya, layanan hanya perlu diaktifkan sekali per akun (dan tidak perlu sekali per pengujian), kecuali jika nantinya dinonaktifkan.
