- รูปแบบการตอบแบบสมาร์ทจะสร้างคำแนะนำการตอบกลับตามบริบททั้งหมดของการสนทนา ไม่ใช่แค่ข้อความเดียว ซึ่งหมายความว่าคำแนะนำจะมีประโยชน์ต่อผู้ใช้มากขึ้น

ข้อจำกัด
- ฟีเจอร์ช่วยตอบมีไว้สำหรับการสนทนาที่ไม่เป็นทางการในแอปของผู้บริโภค คำแนะนำการตอบกลับอาจไม่เหมาะสำหรับบริบทหรือผู้ชมอื่นๆ

วิธีการทํางานของโมเดล
- โมเดลจะใช้ข้อความล่าสุดจากประวัติการสนทนาไม่เกิน 10 ข้อความเพื่อสร้างคำแนะนำการตอบกลับ
- โดยจะตรวจจับภาษาของการสนทนาและพยายามให้คําตอบเมื่อระบุภาษานั้นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น
- โมเดลนี้จะเปรียบเทียบข้อความกับรายการหัวข้อที่ละเอียดอ่อนและจะไม่ให้คำแนะนำเมื่อตรวจพบหัวข้อที่ละเอียดอ่อน
- หากมีการระบุว่าภาษานั้นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและตรวจไม่พบหัวข้อที่ละเอียดอ่อน โมเดลจะแสดงคำตอบที่แนะนำสูงสุด 3 รายการ จำนวนการตอบกลับจะขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนคำตอบที่ตรงกับระดับความเชื่อมั่นที่เพียงพอโดยอิงตามอินพุตไปยังโมเดล
