يمكنك حفظ المحتوى وتصنيفه حسب إعداداتك المفضّلة.
يمكن لمستخدم Gmail منح إذن الوصول إلى صندوق البريد لمستخدم آخر في
المؤسسة نفسها. يُشار إلى المستخدم الذي يمنح الإذن بالوصول باسم المفوِّض، وإلى المستخدم الذي يتلقّى الإذن باسم المفوَّض إليه.
يمكن للمفوَّضين قراءة الرسائل وإرسالها وحذفها، بالإضافة إلى عرض جهات الاتصال وإضافتها، نيابةً عن صاحب الحساب. اطّلِع على مقالة

يمكن لمؤسسات استخدام مصدر Delegates لإدارة المفوَّضين في الحسابات التابعة لها. يتطلّب ذلك استخدام حساب خدمة تم تفويضه على مستوى النطاق.
