Acerca de esta solución

Crea un sistema de registro de actividades fuera del sitio de extremo a extremo. La solución crea un formulario para que los empleados expresen sus preferencias de actividad y las alinee con el programa de actividades.

Cómo funciona

Con un programa de actividades en Hojas de cálculo de Google, la secuencia de comandos crea un Formulario de Google para que los empleados seleccionen sus preferencias de actividad. Una vez que se reciben las respuestas, la secuencia de comandos hace coincidir las preferencias de los empleados con la programación y la capacidad de cada actividad. Las coincidencias se proporcionan en dos hojas nuevas, una organizada por empleado y la otra por actividad.

Para usar esta muestra, debes cumplir con los siguientes requisitos previos:

Configura la secuencia de comandos

Haz clic en el siguiente botón para crear una copia de la hoja de cálculo de ejemplo de Registro de actividades fuera del lugar. El proyecto de Apps Script para esta solución está adjunto a la hoja de cálculo.
Crear una copia

Ejecuta la secuencia de comandos:

  1. En la hoja de cálculo copiada, haz clic en Actividades > Crear formulario. Es posible que debas actualizar la página para que aparezca este menú personalizado.
  2. Cuando se te solicite, autoriza la secuencia de comandos. Si la pantalla de consentimiento de OAuth muestra la advertencia Esta app no está verificada, continúa seleccionando Avanzado > Ir a {nombre del proyecto} (no seguro).

  3. Vuelve a hacer clic en Actividades > Crear formulario.

  4. Para generar respuestas de prueba, haz clic en Actividades > Generar datos de prueba.

  5. Para probar el formulario por tu cuenta, haz clic en Tools > Manage form > Go to live form.

  6. Completa el formulario y envíalo.

  7. En la hoja de cálculo, haz clic en Actividades > Asignar actividades.

  8. Revisa las 2 hojas nuevas: Actividades por persona y Listas de actividades.
