Java 的標準 Proxy 設定。
如果是 HTTPS Proxy，請將 Proxy 設定設為：
-Dhttps.proxyHost=HOST -Dhttps.proxyPort=PORT
針對 HTTP Proxy (除非您自行提供 HTTP 端點，否則不建議採用)
將 Proxy 設定設為：
-Dhttp.proxyHost=HOST -Dhttp.proxyPort=PORT
您可以在執行階段同時設定 HTTP 和 HTTPS Proxy。
System.setProperty("https.proxyHost", HOST);
System.setProperty("https.proxyPort", PORT);
如果您變更這項設定，就必須重新建立所提供的服務用戶端
