פיתוח תוסף ל-Google Workspace באמצעות Apps Script

המדריך למתחילים הזה יוצר תוסף פשוט ל-Google Workspace שמדגים דפי בית, טריגרים לפי הקשר והתחברות לממשקי API של צד שלישי.

התוסף יוצר ממשקים לפי הקשר ולא לפי הקשר ב-Gmail, ביומן וב-Drive. בתוסף מוצגת תמונה אקראית של חתול עם טקסט שמכסה את התמונה. הטקסט סטטי לדפי הבית או נלקח מההקשר של האפליקציה המארחת לטריגרים לפי הקשר.

כדי להשתמש בדוגמה הזו, צריך לעמוד בדרישות המוקדמות הבאות:

חשבון Google (יכול להיות שחשבונות Google Workspace יצטרכו לקבל אישור אדמין).
דפדפן אינטרנט עם גישה לאינטרנט.
פרויקט ב-Google Cloud.

הגדרת הסביבה

פתיחת הפרויקט ב-Cloud במסוף Google Cloud

אם הפרויקט עדיין לא פתוח, פותחים את הפרויקט ב-Cloud שבו מתכוונים להשתמש בדוגמה הזו:

במסוף Google Cloud, נכנסים לדף Select a project.
בחירת פרויקט ב-Cloud
בוחרים את הפרויקט ב-Google Cloud שבו רוצים להשתמש. לחלופין, לוחצים על Create project (יצירת פרויקט) ופועלים לפי ההוראות במסך. אם אתם יוצרים פרויקט ב-Google Cloud, ייתכן שתצטרכו להפעיל את החיוב בפרויקט.

הגדרת מסך ההסכמה של OAuth

לתוספים ל-Google Workspace נדרשת הגדרה של מסך ההסכמה. הגדרת מסך ההסכמה ל-OAuth של התוסף קובעת מה Google תציג למשתמשים.

במסוף Google Cloud, נכנסים לתפריט > APIs & Services > מסך ההסכמה של OAuth.
מעבר למסך ההסכמה ל-OAuth
בקטע סוג המשתמש, בוחרים באפשרות פנימי ולוחצים על יצירה.
ממלאים את טופס הרישום של האפליקציה ולוחצים על שמירה והמשך.
בשלב הזה אפשר לדלג על הוספת היקפי הרשאות וללחוץ על שמירה והמשך. בעתיד, כשתיצרו אפליקציה לשימוש מחוץ לארגון ב-Google Workspace, תצטרכו לשנות את סוג המשתמש לחיצוני ואז להוסיף את היקפי ההרשאות שנדרשים לאפליקציה שלכם.
מעיינים בסיכום של רישום האפליקציה. כדי לבצע שינויים, לוחצים על עריכה. אם נראה שרישום האפליקציה תקין, לוחצים על Back to Dashboard.

הגדרת הסקריפט

יצירת פרויקט Apps Script

כדי ליצור פרויקט חדש ב-Apps Script, נכנסים אל script.new.
לוחצים על פרויקט ללא שם.
משנים את השם של פרויקט Apps Script Cats ולוחצים על Rename.
לצד הקובץ Code.gs, לוחצים על סמל האפשרויות הנוספות > שינוי שם. נותנים לקובץ שם: Common.
לוחצים על 'הוספת קובץ' > סקריפט. נותנים לקובץ שם: Gmail.
חוזרים על שלב 5 כדי ליצור 2 קובצי סקריפטים נוספים בשם Calendar ו-Drive. בסיום התהליך אמורים להיות לכם 4 קובצי סקריפטים נפרדים.

לוחצים על Project Settings (הגדרות הפרויקט) .
מסמנים את התיבה הצגת קובץ המניפסט 'appsscript.json' בעורך.
לוחצים על עריכה .

העתקת מספר הפרויקט ב-Cloud

במסוף Google Cloud, נכנסים לתפריט > IAM & Admin > Settings.
לדף IAM & Admin Settings
מעתיקים את הערך בשדה Project number.

הגדרת פרויקט Cloud של פרויקט Apps Script

בפרויקט Apps Script, לוחצים על Project Settings (הגדרות הפרויקט) .
בקטע פרויקט ב-Google Cloud Platform (GCP), לוחצים על שינוי פרויקט.
בקטע מספר הפרויקט ב-GCP, מדביקים את מספר הפרויקט ב-Google Cloud.
לוחצים על Set project (הגדרת פרויקט).

התקנת פריסה לבדיקה

בפרויקט Apps Script, לוחצים על Editor (עריכה) .
לוחצים על Deploy (פריסה) > Test installations (בדיקת פריסות).
לוחצים על התקנה > סיום.

מריצים את הסקריפט

נכנסים ל-Gmail.
כדי לפתוח את התוסף, לוחצים על הסמל של Cats בחלונית הצדדית השמאלית.
אם מתבקשים, מאשרים את התוסף.
בתוסף מוצגים טקסט ותמונה של חתול. כדי להחליף את התמונה, לוחצים על Change cat.
אם פותחים אימייל בזמן שהתוסף פתוח, התמונה תתרענן והטקסט ישתנה בשורת הנושא של האימייל (היא תקוצר אם היא ארוכה מדי).

אפשר לראות פונקציונליות דומה גם ביומן וגם ב-Drive. אין צורך לאשר מחדש את התוסף כדי להשתמש בו באפליקציות המארחות האלה.
