Si tu organización o dominio de Google Workspace se fusiona con otro, es posible que también debas migrar tu app de Chat. Las fusiones no siempre afectan a las apps de Chat, pero si tu app de Chat ya no se comporta como se espera, es posible que debas cambiar su configuración.
Pídele al administrador que actualice la configuración en la nueva organización
Antes de migrar tu app de Chat, consulta con el administrador de tu organización para ver si la afectan los parámetros de configuración administrativos.
Si cambias un parámetro de configuración administrativo, es posible que se restablezca la funcionalidad completa de tu app de Chat y que la migración no sea necesaria.
La necesidad de migrar tu app de Chat se determina según la configuración administrativa de la organización fusionada de Google Workspace, que podría hacer que tu app de Chat deje de funcionar. Determina si tu app de Chat necesita migrar

Tú, el desarrollador de la app de Chat, eras miembro del entorno de destino cuando guardaste por primera vez la configuración de tu app de Chat.
Tu app de Chat solo se comparte con usuarios específicos a través de sus direcciones de correo electrónico. Las direcciones de correo electrónico de los usuarios siguen siendo las mismas después de que se fusionan las organizaciones.
Acceso a las apps de chat después de combinar organizaciones
Para asegurarte de que tu app de Chat no responda a los usuarios que no deberían tener permiso para enviarle mensajes, el acceso a tu app de Chat sigue limitado al dominio o la organización en los que se creó.
