Merchant Inventories API

The Merchant Inventories API is a sub-API of the Merchant API. You can use the Merchant Inventories API to showcase products with local (in-store) or regional availability for free on Google.

Key Term: In the Merchant Inventories API, products you sell in physical stores are called local products. Products you sell in specific regions are called regional products.

If you're a third-party provider, you can use the Merchant Inventories API to build an interface for your merchants to manage where their products are available.

You can use the Merchant Inventories API for the following tasks:

Showcase local products on Google.

• Add in-store information to your local products.
• Keep store information up to date.

Showcase regional products on Google.

• Add regional information to your online products.
• Keep regional information up to date
