إذا لم تعُد تريد إتاحة تطبيق Google Chat للمستخدمين، يمكنك إيقاف تطبيق Chat أو إلغاء نشر تطبيقك من Google Workspace Marketplace أو حذف مشروع Google Cloud المرتبط بالتطبيق.
إيقاف تطبيق Chat
لإيقاف تطبيق Chat، عدِّل حالة التطبيق في Google Cloud Console. يتم تطبيق هذه التغييرات على الفور. عند إيقاف تطبيق Chat، لن يعود بإمكان المستخدمين استخدامه في Google Chat، ولكن سيظل بإمكانهم العثور عليه. يظهر تطبيق Chat بلا اتصال بالإنترنت. سيظل تطبيق Chat مُدرَجًا في Google Workspace Marketplace، ولكن لن يتمكّن المستخدمون الجدد من تثبيته.
لإيقاف تطبيق Chat، اتّبِع الخطوات التالية:
في Google Cloud Console، انتقِل إلى القائمة menu> واجهات برمجة التطبيقات والخدمات
> واجهات برمجة التطبيقات والخدمات المفعَّلة
> Google Chat API
> الإعدادات.
إذا أردت إعادة تفعيل تطبيق Chat، غيِّر الحالة إلى مفعّل - متاح للمستخدمين. يستعيد المستخدمون الذين سبق لهم تثبيت تطبيقك إمكانية الوصول إليه.
إلغاء نشر تطبيقك من Google Workspace Marketplace
إذا تم نشر تطبيق Chat على Google Workspace Marketplace ولم تعُد تريد أن يكون متاحًا للجميع أو لنطاقك أو لمشرفي Google Workspace، يُرجى الاطّلاع على إلغاء نشر بيانات تطبيقك.
بعد إلغاء النشر، لن تظهر بطاقة بيانات تطبيقك على Google Workspace Marketplace أو في Google Chat، ولن يتمكّن المستخدمون الذين سبق لهم تثبيت تطبيقك من الوصول إليه. سيظل بإمكان أي مستخدم مدرَج في قسم إمكانية الوصول ضمن علامة التبويب الإعدادات في Google Chat API في Google Cloud Console الوصول إلى التطبيق.
إذا أعدت نشر التطبيق، سيستعيد المستخدمون الذين سبق لهم تثبيت تطبيقك إمكانية الوصول إليه.
حذف مشروع السحابة الإلكترونية
لإزالة تطبيق Chat نهائيًا، عليك حذف مشروع Cloud المرتبط بتطبيقك. ولا تحتاج أولاً إلى إلغاء نشر تطبيق Chat من Google Workspace Marketplace أو إيقاف تطبيق Chat. لمزيد من المعلومات، يُرجى الاطّلاع على إيقاف المشاريع (حذفها).
لن يكون مشروع Cloud وتطبيق Chat قابلَين للاستخدام، وسيتم حذفهما نهائيًا بعد 30 يومًا.
