Google Chat アプリを無効にする、または削除する

必要に応じて、コンテンツの保存と分類を行います。
Google Chat アプリをユーザーが利用できないようにするには、Chat 用アプリをオフにするか、Google Workspace Marketplace からアプリの公開を取り消すか、アプリに関連付けられている Google Cloud プロジェクトを削除します。
Chat アプリをオフにする
Chat 用アプリを無効にするには、Google Cloud コンソールでアプリのステータスを更新します。これらの変更はすぐに反映されます。Chat 用アプリをオフにすると、Google Chat でユーザーが使用できなくなりますが、検出は可能です。Chat 用アプリがオフラインと表示される。Chat 用アプリは Google Workspace Marketplace に引き続き掲載されますが、新規ユーザーは Chat 用アプリをインストールできません。
Chat 用アプリをオフにするには、次の操作を行います。
Google Cloud コンソールで、メニュー menu
> [API とサービス] > [有効な API とサービス] > [Google Chat API] > [構成] に移動します。
[構成] に移動
[アプリのステータス] で [無効] を選択します。
[保存] をクリックします。
Chat 用アプリをユーザーが検出できないようにするには、Google Workspace Marketplace からアプリの公開を停止します。
Chat アプリを再度有効にする場合は、ステータスを [ライブ - ユーザーが利用可能] に変更します。以前にアプリをインストールしたユーザーは、再びアクセスできるようになります。
Google Workspace Marketplace からアプリの公開を停止する
Chat 用アプリを Google Workspace Marketplace に公開していて、一般公開、ドメインでの利用、Google Workspace 管理者による利用を停止したい場合は、アプリのリスティングを非公開にするをご覧ください。公開を停止すると、アプリのリスティングは Google Workspace Marketplace や Google Chat に表示されなくなり、アプリをすでにインストールしているユーザーもアプリにアクセスできなくなります。アプリは、Google Cloud コンソールの Google Chat API の [構成] タブの [公開設定] セクションに表示されているユーザーであれば、引き続きアクセスできます。
アプリを再公開すると、以前にアプリをインストールしたユーザーは再びアクセスできるようになります。
Cloud プロジェクトの削除
Chat 用アプリを完全に削除するには、アプリに関連付けられている Cloud プロジェクトを削除します。最初に Google Workspace Marketplace から Chat 用アプリの公開を停止したり、Chat 用アプリをオフにしたりする必要はありません。詳しくは、プロジェクトのシャットダウン（削除）をご覧ください。
Cloud プロジェクトと Chat 用アプリは使用できなくなり、30 日後に完全に削除されます。
