Tạo một nhóm học viên cho một khoá học.Phương thức này trả về các mã lỗi sau:
PERMISSION_DENIED nếu người dùng yêu cầu không được phép tạo nhóm học viên hoặc đối với lỗi truy cập.NOT_FOUND nếu khoá học không tồn tại hoặc người dùng yêu cầu không có quyền truy cập vào khoá học.FAILED_PRECONDITION nếu việc tạo nhóm học viên sẽ vượt quá số lượng nhóm học viên tối đa cho mỗi khoá học.
