Xoá một nhóm học viên.Phương thức này trả về các mã lỗi sau:
PERMISSION_DENIED nếu người dùng yêu cầu không được phép xoá nhóm học viên được yêu cầu hoặc do lỗi truy cập.NOT_FOUND nếu nhóm học viên không tồn tại hoặc người dùng không có quyền truy cập vào nhóm học viên.
