Mi restaurante no aparece en las Pruebas rápidas.

La entidad de restaurante (en la parte superior del archivo) debe corresponder a un restaurante que exista en Google Maps. Asegúrate de ingresar la dirección, el número de teléfono y la URL como cadenas lo mejor que puedas antes de continuar.

Existen otras dos causas comunes:

Es posible que el restaurante haya inhabilitado los pedidos de comida en el pasado, lo que haría que no apareciera en las pruebas rápidas. Prueba un restaurante que ya tenga un botón para pedir en línea antes de derivar el caso a tu agente.
Es posible que tus tareas de integración no se hayan completado correctamente.

¿Se requieren la latitud y la longitud?

No es necesario que ingreses la latitud y la longitud, pero pueden ser útiles para distinguir entre restaurantes con varias ubicaciones.
