Administrar los agentes

Todos los agentes pertenecen a una marca (negocio, organización o grupo). Antes de crear un agente, es necesario crear una marca propietaria. Las marcas son puramente organizacionales para ayudarte a agrupar agentes relacionados.

Crear un agente

Para crear un agente de RBM, debes definir su información básica. Para obtener más información, consulta brands.agents.create.

Cómo buscar la definición de un agente

Para recuperar un agente, especifica su identificador único (name). Para obtener más detalles, consulta brands.agents.list.

Envía la información de verificación

La verificación de la marca es obligatoria para el lanzamiento del agente. Debes enviar información de verificación antes de realizar una solicitud de lanzamiento. Ten en cuenta que no tienes que esperar la aprobación de la marca antes de realizar la solicitud de lanzamiento. La aprobación de la marca se realiza como parte del proceso de aprobación del lanzamiento.

Envía un agente para el lanzamiento

Puedes enviar un agente para su lanzamiento en uno o más operadores. Google administra algunos lanzamientos y los operadores administran otros directamente. Es posible que los lanzamientos administrados por el operador tengan requisitos adicionales. Consulta Lanzamientos administrados por Google y por operadores para obtener más información.

Para poder iniciar un agente por primera vez, debes enviar información de verificación. Esto permite que Google, los operadores o ambos verifiquen con tu contacto de la marca que tienes autorización para administrar al agente en su nombre. Consulta la verificación de marca para obtener más información.

Una vez que envíes la información de verificación y completes los requisitos previos al lanzamiento, podrás enviar una solicitud de lanzamiento.

Puedes enviar un agente para su lanzamiento en uno o más operadores. El cuestionario de lanzamiento completado se debe proporcionar como parte de la solicitud de lanzamiento. Para obtener más información, consulta brands.agents.requestLaunch.

Agrega operadores adicionales al inicio de un agente

Borra un agente

Por motivos de seguridad, ya no se pueden borrar los agentes de RBM. Comunícate con el equipo de asistencia de RBM para obtener ayuda.
