Masalah akun memengaruhi visibilitas produk dan kemampuan Anda untuk berpartisipasi dalam berbagai program Merchant Center. Sub-API Akun memungkinkan Anda mengambil daftar masalah yang memengaruhi akun penjual Anda. Hal ini membantu Anda mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi masalah secara proaktif.

Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mematuhi kebijakan iklan Shopping dan listingan gratis. Google Shopping berhak menerapkan kebijakan ini dan merespons dengan tepat jika kami menemukan konten atau perilaku yang melanggar kebijakan ini.

Setiap AccountIssue memberikan detail seperti:

Pertimbangan khusus

  • Internasionalisasi (i18n): Saat mencantumkan masalah akun, Anda dapat menentukan language_code (misalnya, "en-US", "fr-FR") dan time_zone (seperti, "America/Los_Angeles", "Europe/Paris") dalam permintaan Anda. Hal ini memastikan bahwa string yang dapat dibaca manusia dalam respons, seperti masalah detail, dilokalkan dengan tepat.
