将 LocalInventory 资源插入到商家账号中的商品中。

如果商品已存在具有相同 storeCode 的条目，则会替换完整的 LocalInventory 资源。

新建或更新后的 LocalInventory 资源最长可能需要 30 分钟才能显示在商品中。
