For LoyaltyProgram, added the shipping_label field to specify eligibility. If the field has value, this offer has loyalty shipping benefit. If the field value isn't provided, the item is not eligible for loyalty shipping for the given loyalty tier.

Added the member_price_effective_date field. This update lets you specify, if applicable, the date range during which the loyalty
member price is effective. If the field value isn't provided, the member price is always
