为路径中包含商品标识码的所有请求添加了参数 product_id_base64_url_encoded。这样一来，您就可以检索和处理标识符中包含正斜杠等特殊字符的商品。如果参数值设置为 true，Merchant API 将使用无填充的 base64url 解码算法对商品 ID 进行解码。如果设置为 false 或缺失，则不应用任何解码。
