Method: monetization.subscriptions.basePlans.offers.deactivate
정기 결제 혜택을 비활성화합니다. 비활성화한 후에는 기존 정기 결제 사용자의 정기 결제는 유지되지만, 새로운 정기 결제 사용자에게는 혜택이 제공되지 않습니다.
