Neste tutorial, mostramos como mostrar dados de várias origens em um mapa do Google. Por exemplo, o mapa coroplético abaixo usa duas fontes para destacar vários estados dos EUA e mostrar dados específicos de cada estado.
O mapa usa dados de um arquivo GeoJSON para mostrar polígonos que definem os limites dos estados dos EUA. Ele também pode apresentar dados no mapa correspondentes a cada estado, provenientes de uma consulta simulada para a API do censo dos EUA.
Selecione uma categoria de dados no menu suspenso de controle para atualizar os polígonos no mapa. Você também pode passar o cursor sobre um polígono de estado para visualizar informações específicas dele em um controle de caixa de dados no mapa.

Criar e estilizar o controle do mapa

Estilizar os dados

Quando é selecionada uma opção de fonte de dados no menu suspenso de controle, o mapa consulta a API de dados do censo dos EUA da variável especificada. Para conectar os dados do censo aos dados da forma, o código define o idPropertyName
como "STATE", que é uma chave comum nos dados do censo e nas propriedades GeoJson.
