Method: accounts.patch

Updates an account regardless of its type: standalone, advanced account or sub-account. Executing this method requires admin access.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Identifier. The resource name of the account. Format: accounts/{account}

updateMask

string (FieldMask format)

Optional. List of fields being updated.

The following fields are supported (in both snake_case and lowerCamelCase):

  • accountName
  • adultContent
  • languageCode
  • timeZone

Request body

The request body contains an instance of Account.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains an instance of Account.

Authorization scopes

Requires the following OAuth scope:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/content
