The LoyaltyPrograms attribute has been added to both
RegionalInventoryAttributes for the Regional Inventory API and
LocalInventoryAttributes for the Local Inventory API. This enhancement allows
merchants to programmatically manage their store-level and regional member
pricing.

Product identifiers within request paths now support unpadded base64url encoding in addition to un-encoded/plain values. This enhancement ensures that products with special characters (such as forward slashes) in their identifiers can be successfully retrieved and processed.
