includeSubscribed

boolean

是否统计“我的云端硬盘”层次结构之外的更改。如果设为 false，系统会从 maxChangeIdCount 中忽略对文件（例如“Application Data”文件夹中的文件或尚未添加到“我的云端硬盘”的共享文件）所做的更改。
maxChangeIdCount

string (int64 format)

要统计的剩余更改 ID 的数量上限
startChangeId

string (int64 format)

在计算剩余更改 ID 的数量时，更改了从哪个更改 ID 开始统计

请求正文必须为空。

响应正文

如果成功，则响应正文包含一个 About 实例。
