Để xem tất cả các vấn đề ảnh hưởng đến một tài khoản, hãy gọi
accounts.v1beta.accounts.issues.list
bằng merchantId của tài khoản. Cuộc gọi này trả về
các vấn đề liên quan đến cấp tài khoản.
