Adicionar e gerenciar produtos

A sub-API Products permite gerenciar todo o ciclo de vida dos seus produtos no Merchant Center. Você pode usar esse recurso para fazer upload de novos produtos, atualizar os existentes, recuperar informações de produtos e excluir aqueles que não vende mais.

Considerações especiais

  • Os produtos só podem ser inseridos,atualizados ou excluídos se pertencerem a fontes de dados do tipo API. Não é possível inserir ou atualizar produtos em fontes de dados que usam uploads baseados em arquivos.
  • Para manter seus produtos relevantes e evitar que eles expirem , atualize ou renove-os com uma frequência regular (pelo menos a cada 30 dias).

Pré-requisitos

Antes de adicionar ou gerenciar produtos usando a API, você precisa ter pelo menos uma fonte de dados configurada na sua conta do Merchant Center.

Para criar uma fonte de dados, use o método dataSources.create da sub-API Data Sources. Para instruções detalhadas, consulte o guia Gerenciar origens de dados da API para uploads de produtos. Depois de criar uma fonte de dados, anote o name dela (por exemplo, accounts/12345/dataSources/67890), porque você vai precisar dele para solicitações de criação, atualização ou exclusão relacionadas a produtos.

Adicionar um produto

Para adicionar um novo produto à sua conta do Merchant Center, insira um recurso ProductInput em uma fonte de dados principal. Essa ação cria o produto e inicia o processamento. Os campos no objeto productAttributes precisam estar de acordo com a especificação dos dados de produtos.

Use o método productInputs.insert e forneça o name da sua fonte de dados principal como o parâmetro dataSource.

Este exemplo insere um novo produto para uma loja on-line em uma fonte de dados primária.

Uma chamada bem-sucedida retorna o recurso ProductInput recém-criado. O campo name contém o identificador exclusivo dessa entrada de produto, e o campo product contém o nome do produto final processado que você pode usar mais tarde para recuperá-lo.

Adicionar ou atualizar informações de produtos com uma fonte de dados complementar

Use uma fonte de dados complementar para fornecer dados adicionais ou substitutos para produtos que já existem em uma fonte de dados principal. Isso é útil para adicionar informações como promoções, rótulos personalizados ou substituir dados específicos de produtos sem modificar a entrada original.

Para isso, use o método productInputs.insert, mas especifique o name da sua fonte de dados complementar no parâmetro dataSource. Verifique se offerId, contentLanguage e feedLabel correspondem a um produto existente.

Este exemplo adiciona um rótulo personalizado a um produto usando uma fonte de dados complementar.

Adicionar produtos de forma assíncrona

Para fazer upload de um grande número de produtos de maneira eficiente, envie várias solicitações de inserção simultaneamente. Em vez de esperar uma resposta para cada solicitação antes de enviar a próxima, você pode enviá-las de forma assíncrona e processar as respostas à medida que chegam. Essa abordagem pode melhorar significativamente a taxa de transferência do upload de dados.

Para excluir uma entrada de produto de uma fonte de dados específica, use o método productInputs.delete.
